- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pour balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper into a bowl. Whisk until combined.
- Slowly drizzle in olive oil, whisking furiously until oil has become emulsified (or until you lose patience).
- Taste. Adjust amount of honey, salt, and pepper, if necessary.
- Enjoy with salad, bread, or use as a dipping sauce for vegetables.
