Honey Yogurt Dip

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 10 mint leaves ripped into tiny pieces (or substitute 1/4 tsp cinnamon)
  • 2 to 4 apples

Directions

  1. Pour yogurt into a small bowl.
  2. Add the honey to the yogurt.
  3. Stir ingredients until the honey is mixed into the yogurt.
  4. Harvest the mint leaves, wash, and rip into tiny pieces.
  5. Add the mint leaves to the yogurt and honey.
  6. Stir until mixed.
  7. Distribute (give out) yogurt on plates for each group member.
  8. Cut the apples.
  9. Eat with apples!
