- 2/3 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 10 mint leaves ripped into tiny pieces (or substitute 1/4 tsp cinnamon)
- 2 to 4 apples
- Pour yogurt into a small bowl.
- Add the honey to the yogurt.
- Stir ingredients until the honey is mixed into the yogurt.
- Harvest the mint leaves, wash, and rip into tiny pieces.
- Add the mint leaves to the yogurt and honey.
- Stir until mixed.
- Distribute (give out) yogurt on plates for each group member.
- Cut the apples.
- Eat with apples!
